What is decay? Why look at decay? Decay is the unintentional decline of an object functioning. It is time’s way of showing itself. The objective of decay is falling out of sorts. I believe the process of decay has something to say. It can be an actualization of the way you feel. We can all learn and feel something from decay. Can you relate to mold? Can you have a relationship with mold? Can you appreciate the forms it has to offer? I have really been able to relate to the process of decay. The rotting cucumber seems to understand some sort of pain as it shrivels up and is squeezed. That’s why I’d like to give you all some decaying objects. See it as a four-day “YOUR DAILY DECAY” course. See it as one of those online meditation courses or movie you can watch more than once. The way we understand and perceive is very much linked to one’s perspective on something. Sooo, take a good look and say hello to your decaying object. Get ready for an experience.
